Quality Standards
At HeroFits Scrubs, we take pride in offering high-quality medical scrubs and accessories. Our products are designed to meet healthcare industry standards. Due to the nature of medical apparel, all items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to be eligible for return.
Hygiene and Safety Requirements
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of medical scrubs that have been: worn, washed, altered, or exposed to medical environments. This policy is in place to protect both our customers and the healthcare community.
Color and Size Variations
Due to monitor settings and lighting conditions, actual colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen. We recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before ordering. Returns based on color variations or incorrect size selection (when the size chart was properly consulted) are not eligible for refund.
Care Instructions
Medical scrubs require specific care to maintain their quality and functionality. Please follow our care instructions carefully. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care methods. Claims for replacement or refund will not be considered if incorrect care methods have been used.
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached
- The return is initiated within 24 hours of delivery
- The item was not purchased during a clearance or final sale
- The item was not a custom or special order
Defective Items
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Defects must be reported with clear photographs and a detailed description. We reserve the right to determine if an item is defective based on our quality standards.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@herofitsscrubs.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization email before shipping
- Ship the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

HeroFits Scrubs reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
